• Departure towards Saputara Campsite (50 Km)
• Arrival at Saputara Campsite & Tent Allotment
• Having Lunch & Rest
• Free time for Adventure Activities or Trek to Sunset Point
• Having Dinner & DJ Music - Garba

Day 2

• Having Breakfast
• Trek to Hatgad Fort or Government hills
• Having Lunch
• Free time for Boating & Saputara Site Seeing
• Having Dinner
• Dangi Dance & DJ music (Cultural Program)

Day 3

• Having Breakfast
• Visit Sunrise Point, Rose Garden, Tribal Museum
• Having Lunch 
• Departure towards Home with Adventures Memories 

• Arrival in Ahmedabad Near 11:50 PM (3rd Day)

Term & Conditions

• Cancellation would be granted by the Chief Instructor or higher authorities on receiving cancellation requests only on info@trekon.in through participant registered mail ID. (please note: cancellation not accepting via call/Whatsapp message)
• The refund amount will be paid in 10-15 working days through an online mode of payment/ AC Payee Cheque.
• No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
• Camp fees is not transferable to another person/other camp or camp date.

The Refund Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.

-> Before more than 40 days of expedition, 90% refund.

-> Before 25 to 40 days of expedition, 75% refund.

-> Before 15 to 25 days of expedition, 50% refund.

-> Before 1 to 15 days of expedition, 25% refund.

-> In the last 24 hours of Departure, no refund.

1. This is an Adventure & Trekking Camp, not a leisure tour.
2. All the facilities, activities, Schedule/Itinerary & Services Mentioned above are clearly subject to weather conditions and all other unknowing situations like vehicle strikes/Forest permit issues/Government restrictions, Landslides or Roadblocks, etc.
3. In some critical conditions & circumstances, due to various reasons like weather, unavailability of transportation, Fewer Participants in batch, Government/Forest Restrictions, Landslide or Roadblocks, or any other situation schedule/Trek/itinerary/camp can be changed or canceled by the organization without any prior notice.
4. "TREK ON" reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized by "TREK ON Administration".  
5. Discipline during the camp duration is a must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the Volunteer/Instructor/Guide. 
6. Misbehaving/Arguing with the Volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues & Speaking the abusive language will be reacted strictly and may lead to cancellation of Participation. In such case cancellation, all service is cut at that place & not given to the participant, not another service 
7. Smoking, Tobacco, Pan Masala, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited, and if any are found to the suspect in such case, immediate cancellation of member Participation and no further service/return ticket/refund will be paid.
8.  Only Pure Veg Food is allowed inside the campsite area.
9. During Camp stay and other Girls and Boys Accommodation are Separate.
10. Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and Trekking with a view to Safety from weather & camp discipline.
11. No refund will be given if the participant terminates the tour at any point for any reason.
12. No participant will be allowed to leave the Camp/hotel/guest house for any reason without the permission of the camp manager/Instructor.
13. No Person / "TREKON"  will be not responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables things carried by the participants.
14. Any cost arising from unknown circumstances like bad weather, landslide/roadblocks, any government/forest restriction, transportation disability is not included in camp fees

How to organize a special camp?

• Special camps can be organized by sending a request application on the TREK ON Adventure mail ID info@trekon.in
• The fees structure would be same for the group (minimum 30 participants needed for special camp) of the fixed strength. either fees structure may be changed.
